This collection, aptly named Serengeti, is inspired by African animals.
The talented Dutch sculptor, Loet Vanderveen, has drawn upon traditional animal figurines
of the 1930’s to create these stunning pieces. Vanderveen was born in Rotterdam and
spent his childhood closely observing animals in the city’s zoo which was next to his
childhood home.
