White Pot The porcelain service White Pot was created by architect Grethe Meyer in 1971 and quickly became a modern classic. There are many reasons for that including its timeless design and simple shapes. But apart from the pure aesthetics, White Pot also distinguish itself by being extremely functional. And it is precisely this combination of functionalism and aesthetics, which forms the corner stone in Grethe Meyers designs. As she expressed it herself when receiving Danish Design Councils Annual Prize in 1997: ''My products must be effortless easy and pleasing to use and as simple and anonymous as possible''.
